20 freaking years of marriage. What a wild ride. Love you, AW. ❤️

“Before today begins, let the mercy of another morning meet you right where you are.

Open your hands and receive the invitation to join the stillness.

Feel the hand of grace remove the weight of your past.

Let yourself be still and breathe free.”

Ever wonder why diabetes often affects the feet? 👣

Over time, high blood sugar can damage both the nerves and the small blood vessels that support them. When this happens, nerves don’t send signals properly—leading to numbness, tingling, burning, or pain.

This is called diabetic neuropathy, and it most commonly shows up in the feet and lower legs.

Reflexology can be a supportive way to care for your feet ✨

By applying gentle pressure to specific areas, reflexology may help improve local circulation, promote relaxation, and ease tension. Many people find it helps reduce discomfort and brings a sense of relief and connection back to their feet.

It’s important to know that reflexology doesn’t treat or reverse nerve damage. Managing blood sugar and working with your healthcare provider is key.

But as part of your self-care routine, reflexology can be a calming, restorative way to support comfort and overall well-being 💛

✨ Change Coming ✨

There will be some changes in the clinic space in the coming months.

Kristen from has made the difficult decision to leave the commercial space. She needs to be home with her young kids for the summer and to refocus Woodside and open her in-home and mobile treatments come the fall.

What will change for Guelph Reflexology and my clients? Not much!!

As of July 1st, myself and Paige from .horizons.therapy will be taking over the space for at least the next year. We are excited to be able to continue on in this beautiful space.

There will be some transition time for moving furniture but not a lot else will disrupt regular business hours.

Kristen’s room has already been rented out full-time but I still have some part-time hours available in my space. DM for details.

There also might be some opportunity for back room rentals for workshops. We want to take advantage of all the hard work and gorgeous vision that Kristen put into this space. We will continue to respect the love that she has poured out here.

Wishing you the best, Kristen. It has been a pleasure sharing this space with you. ❤️

Don’t let the end of one year and the beginning of another weigh you down. Let go of regret and disappointment, and release yourself from the pressure of new goals.

Even if 2025 was a great year, 2026 will be what it will be. It will have its own voice.

Be here now.

Life will always go on. There will always be change. There will always be another chance.

As we wrap up 2025, I’m just sitting here thinking of how it started vs how it’s ending.

Happy to be in a beautiful space with wonderful people. .horizons.therapy ❤️❤️

So insanely grateful for this year. I feel absolutely blessed for the growth, I feel honoured to have people choose to invest in treatments with me, and I am so thankful for each one of my clients.

To get to be a part of people feeling better and to walk beside people and watch THEIR growth is a joy!

2025 had some personal challenges and sometimes with growth comes stretch marks but we are ending the year strong.

If you are a client and you are so inclined, you can gift me a Google review if you haven’t already! Link below and in bio. 🥰
