SEPTEMBER CLASS SCHEDULE 🍂🌞

*Please read post fully for details*
Come join us for some healing and spiritual yoga this Fall. Find nurturing and healing through your yoga practice. 🍂

It doesn’t matter if you are brand new to yoga, or deep in your spiritual yoga practice. We have classes for all!

*UPDATED-PLEASE READ*
•If you are sick or experiencing any symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat etc) we ask that you please stay home
*Doors will lock as soon as class starts so that no one is disrupted during their opening meditation. Please do not knock on the door if you are late.
•Classes will be pre registration only
•Cancellations MUST be done a minimum of 6h before class time (some exceptions apply)
•You can register for classes in person after your class, or VIA txting 519-766-8925
•Absolutely NO Cell Phones on the mat. And all ringers must be turned off in the studio.

We are an Inclusive yoga studio🌅🙏🏼🌈💙💗

Meet the team at Karma Yoga Studio🌞💗🙏🏼🙌🏼 it’s been a long time since we have introduced everyone and we have a new instructor to welcome to the team!! Welcome Emma Corbit!! We are so excited to have you as a new yogi! (Yes we now have TWO beautiful Emma’s!… why have one when you can have two??😆💗🙏🏼)

Emma Corbit:
Emma C. is a 200-hour certified Yoga Teacher who enjoys creating a balance of flow and stillness in a class. She hopes to create a calm and welcoming space where you can slow down, take time for yourself and be present on your mat

Emma Seston:
Emma is a yoga teacher with a passion for creating welcoming, grounding classes that connect movement, breath, and mindfulness. She has been teaching the Wednesday night Chakra Yoga class at Karma Yoga Studio for nearly two years, bringing a balanced blend of intentional movement and energetic awareness to each practice.

Renee Wesseling:
With over 15 years of diverse facilitation, Renee has a deep passion for bodywork, dedicating her work to exploring the intricate connections within all
levels of the body, physically, mentally , emotionally & spiritually.

All aspects of her work are rooted in a holistic understanding of the body, to free the
body of pain, foster a balanced nervous system & harmonious state of being.
She empowers her students through intentional somatic movement practices (yoga & therapy ball rolling) and holistic energetic sessions (Reiki & Spinal Energetics) fostering a deeper
understanding & connection within themselves and their life.

Ellissa Lapier:
Ellissa is a Kundalini Yoga teacher, Reiki Master and spiritual guide who is passionate about helping people reconnect with their body, energy and inner wisdom. Kundalini Yoga became a powerful part of her own journey, teaching her what it truly feels like to have a regulated nervous system. Through movement, breath, mantra and meditation, she creates grounding, empowering classes designed to help you feel more connected, calm and alive.

EXCITING NEWS!! 🪷We have our next Buddhism class starting in September!🪷💗

Come join myself and the wonderful Grace on a journey to dive deeper into the depths of Buddhism and the 5 Precepts and the 3 Poisons. We will be going into the teachings of the Buddha and exploring the Dharma. We look forward to sharing this experience with you all.
