Visiting hours at Morriston Park are set at 10 a.m. Mealtimes are not always a suitable time for the residents to have visitors, because we have such limited seating in our dining room. At times, you may wish to come and help feed your loved one, or you may wish to have a special meal with your loved one.

Attention Family and Friends!

On Saturday September 26th we are hosting our annual Fall Fair between 1:00 - 3:30pm 🍁🍂🎟️🎪

New this year…… we are accepting local vendors to come set up a table and join us. Please email [email protected] for more information about being a vendor for our fall fair celebration 🎉

We will have games, refreshments, treats, vendors, contests and more for residents and their loved ones to enjoy! 🎳🍿🥨

Donations will be accepted at the food and refreshments table, and all proceeds will go towards the Programming Department! 😊

On Saturday July 11th we did a wine and cheese tasting as per resident requests and it was a success!

There was laughter, flavour and fun! 🍷🧀🤩

It’s always a good day when there’s good people, good food and good fun.

🐾 Today was filled with smiles, cuddles, and lots of furry little visitors at our home! 🐰🦆🐹

We were so excited to welcome Little Tracks Petting Zoo for a very special visit with our residents. They brought along an adorable group of animals including bunnies big and small, a duck, a silky rooster, chinchillas, guinea pigs, and even a tiny hamster! 🥰

The joy on everyone’s faces said it all. Residents loved petting, holding, and spending time with these gentle animals, bringing back wonderful memories and creating new ones together. Thank you to Little Tracks Petting Zoo for such a heartwarming and unforgettable day! ❤️

To the entire Morriston Park team,

What you do every single day matters more than most people will ever fully understand. The care, patience, resilience, and compassion you bring to Morriston Park changes lives!… not just for our residents, but for their families and for each other.

This work is demanding. It asks a lot of you emotionally, mentally, and physically. Yet despite the challenges, this team continues to show up, support one another, and provide dignity and kindness to those who depend on us most.

Morriston Park is more than a workplace because of the people in it. Every role matters. Every shift matters. Every act of care matters.

Our bird watching group has been a success so far!

We’ve seen Orioles, Blues Jays,
Red Headed Woodpeckers, Red Winged Black Birds, Robins, Finches, ducks, and many more beautiful birds this afternoon.

Rosemary was singing and whistling along for more birds to show to the group 🦆🪶🐦‍⬛🪹

The rainy afternoon doesn’t stop our bird watching fun!

Today was our Tye dying day! 🎨

Our residents had a blast making shirts and picking colours.

These T-Shirts will be for sale in the coming weeks for $25 a shirt!

We have 5 small, 3 medium, 4 xL and 5 of the 3xl sizes left for purchase.
