My journey to 21.1k has to start some where!

An unexpected 5km PR happened today, now how do I recreate there circumstances?

Maybe it’s the dull rain bringing out my running history in the UK! Maybe it’s that I know I’m solo parenting for the week and had to make it back in time for the bus! Maybe it’s the women in my classes/life that inspire me to be better every day!

What ever it is, I’m gonna take this one as a win!

Next goal, 5km in under 30 lol…without pain!

Is t it ironic. We are trying our best to be healthy in our 40s but all we get is pain and hurdles to over come.

The key point here is…we over come them and don’t give up! We keep on trying and finding out what works.

Coming back to CrossFit after a mini break is gonna feel hard!

It’s a big day in our house today. This one has been home with us since March (as have all the other school aged kids all over Canada)!! And today, in Guelph...kids with the last name beginning A-L get to go back to school!

No matter how you feel mamas, you are doing a good job! If you are scared, excited, home schooling, online schooling...you are all doing a great job!

Eden is over then moon to be going back! I support her enthusiasm and will nurture her through the changes she will experience!
