Frank Pew, MSW RSW has over a decade of clinical experience and training working with trauma survivors and people with mental health related difficulties. His area of expertise is in assessment and treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety/Mood disorders, and Obsessive-Compulsive and related disorders. Frank specializes in evidenced-based clinical care a
nd is intensively trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). He provides care from adolescents to adults and has extensive experience working with first responders and military veterans. Frank's approach to therapy is balanced between acceptance and change. He strives to help his clients cultivate the self-awareness and tools to effect behavioural change that ultimately leads to living more aligned with their values and deriving a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in life.
