ABOUT DR. GO:

I was born and raised in Guelph, Ontario and proud to call it my home!:) I completed my undergraduate degree in Bio-Medical Sciences at the University of Guelph with a focus in Nutrition. Afterwards I attended one of only two Natur

opathic Medical schools in Canada, the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto, to obtain my 4-year post-graduate doctorate. I am very passionate about helping people achieve their health and personal goals with the with Naturopathic Medicine because it makes people FEEL GOOD! I believe in healing the whole person and teaching/guiding people about the connection between their minds, bodies and health. My major goals as a Naturopathic Doctor are to help people feel good so they can LOVE LIFE! Together, we can figure out the root causes to your ailments and heal the obstacles in your health that are causing illness. I will teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle in ways that can be easily incorporated into your everyday life. Ultimately, my patients feel empowered so they can take charge of their health. Your body has an inherent ability to heal itself and my job is to help guide it in the right direction and support/speed up the process of healing. I also have a special interest in stress management, digestive health, mental/emotional health and women & children's health. Some of the natural therapies NDs use include:

Trying to cut back on refined sugar in your diet? A tip for weaning off the white sugar: Instead of baking your traditional baked goods, try baking some date squares without using white sugar. Yes, dates are still considered sugar but they have a lower glycemic load and are more nutritious than refined sugar. I know how hard it can be for some people to cut out the sugar totally, so a gradual reduction can sometimes be helpful. It’s all about balance! 😊
