Meditation and Modern Buddhism in Guelph Avalokiteshvara Kadampa Buddhist Centre is located in downtown Guelph and offeri in-person classes , We are located at 143 Wyndham St N Suite 203.

We are a modern Kadampa Buddhist Centre offering simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our life and develop inner peace. Classes consists of two guided meditations and a teaching to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find happiness from within our own mind. Even though classes are presented in the form of series, each class is self-contained and therefore
