6 months post-op: Male Upper Blepharoplasty + Direct Brow Lift Treated by Dr. Brace 

One of the most interesting parts of this case is that this patient specifically wanted to avoid going to the operating room, while still addressing concerns that were affecting more than just appearance.

In his before photos, you can see how the excess upper eyelid skin was resting directly on his eyelashes, creating heaviness and obstruction that can interfere with day-to-day comfort and vision.

Now, 6 months later, his results look refreshed, natural, and functional while still maintaining a masculine appearance.

Some rhinoplasty cases go far beyond aesthetics, and this patient’s journey is a perfect example.

This complex rhinoplasty procedure involved not only reshaping and refining the nose, but also repairing a septal perforation (a hole in the septum) that had been significantly impacting both structure and function. After consulting with multiple surgeons who were hesitant to take on the complexity of her case, she ultimately trusted Dr. Brace with her care and surgical plan.
