What a day!!! This girl is EXHAUSTED 😂 but ohhh what a fun 13 hour shift it was 💗

So many trainings, lots of laughs and some new faces walking through the Sacred Kore doors today.
I just want to give a big welcome to all of our new ladies joining the Sacred Kore family! It has been so nice seeing so many new women giving this a try, stepping outside their comfort zone and realizing they CAN do it!
And of course to all my regular ladies who continue to show up, work hard and make this little gym what it is…thank you! I seriously have the best group of women and I’m so thankful for every single one of you.

Now it’s time for this girl to put her feet up 😂

Okay Sacred Kore family… I need your opinions! 💗

I’m thinking about making some changes to the back room at the gym and turning it into…
Sacred Kore Recovery & Relaxation Room!!!

I’ve been looking into adding red light therapy for things like muscle recovery and soreness, along with a zero-gravity massage chair where you can just shut everything off for a little bit and RELAX. 💗

BUT before I go spending money and changing everything around, I want to know if this is actually something you ladies would use!

I’m thinking:
💕 Red light therapy
💕 Zero-gravity massage chair
💕 Combination recovery/relaxation sessions
💕 A quiet little space to unwind before or after your workout — or book completely on its own!

These would be separate bookable sessions/add-ons, likely around $15–$25 depending on the service.

So tell me honestly… would you actually book it?! 😂

Good, bad, LOVE IT, wouldn’t use it — I want to hear it ALL before I start making changes! 💗
