Continuing on with Emotionally Focused Therapy Core Skills training today. I wore my LOVE shirt because it seemed like a good fit. I love this model and how it helps to facilitate authentic connection between partners. (👀 An actual post with me instead of an info graph about therapy 👏🏻).
