With the changing of the seasons afoot, I’ve been thinking about how spring is often seen as a time of renewal.
It’s the time of year that marks the transition from dormancy to growth - it’s when trees sprout their leaves, flowers bloom, and our fellow humans emerge from their dwellings, excited about the fresh air and the prospect of warmer days (and likely with fewer layers of clothing).
Because of its association with growth, spring is also a great time for reflection, appreciation, and looking ahead. Over the winter months, we may have also been going through our own version of hibernation. And as life blooms forth, we may feel ourselves thawing out and cracking open a bit as well.
If you feel called to do so, I encourage you to spend a bit of time in reflection. This can look different for everyone! Perhaps it’s through journaling, creating art, talking with others, or sitting quietly with yourself - whatever way works for you.
To get you started, here are a few prompting questions 🌱
I hope that spring meets you kindly!
