But if there's one thing that comes close, it's this:
**Small, sustainable practices.**
We live in a world that shows us the retreats in Costa Rica, the week-long workshops, the two-hour yoga classes, and the picture-perfect spiritual experiences.
And while those things can be wonderful, they're not what changed my life.
What changed my life was 5 minutes.

🌿 Walking barefoot in the grass
