✨ The Healing Book • A Sacred Vessel for Intention ✨

In this video, I share something very sacred to my practice: my Healing Book. 🔮🌙

This is more than a place where names are written.

For me, the Healing Book is a sacred vessel for intention, a space lovingly dedicated to those who have asked to be held within healing energy.

When your name and intention are placed within its pages, they are held with reverence and purpose. During my healing practice, I open the book, connect with the intentions entrusted to me, and create sacred space for Reiki and healing energy to be offered across the distance.

Each name represents a person, a story, a hope, a prayer, or something within them asking to be witnessed and supported. I treat that trust with deep respect. ✨

The book becomes an energetic anchor, bringing my focus to you and your intention while allowing the healing itself to unfold in the way that is right for you.

Distance does not have to mean disconnection. 🌙

Whether you are across the province, across the country, or much farther away, you can still be held within this intentional healing space.

And if you are local to the Halifax area, I also welcome clients for in-person healing sessions. 🐝💜

Near or far, the invitation is the same:
to soften, to receive, and to make space for whatever is ready to move, settle, or come home within you.

A box showed up at my door this week.

Not a big deal, right? Packages show up all the time.

Except this one had my mother's drum in it.

She died in 2006. The drum went to my sister. My sister died in 2017, and I figured that was it — the drum was gone, one more thing grief just quietly took.

9 years later, my sister's ex sends me a box of her old things. I open it up, and there it is.

I stood in my kitchen holding a drum I never thought I'd touch again, and I had absolutely no idea what to do with my face. Cry? Laugh? Both, apparently, at the same time, which is a very attractive look.

Here's the thing grief never tells you upfront: it doesn't return things on your schedule. You think something's gone forever, you grieve it, you make peace with the empty space where it used to be — and then twenty years later it just shows back up like it was never in a rush.

I do a lot of energy work with objects — clearing them, holding them, feeling what they're still carrying. That drum has been through four deaths, two decades, and a "random" guy's basement, and it still feels like her. Like it never forgot whose hands it was made for.

I don't have a tidy lesson to wrap this up with. Some things just come back. That's the whole story.

P.S. — the Universe has a sense of humour about timing. Mine showed up in a cardboard box 4 days after my birthday, when I was feeling all the feels this year; grief has no timeline. And perhaps something you thought was gone forever might show back up too.
