Reminder 🚨

As most of you are aware, Knotical Chiropractic will be closing at the end of July as Dr. Catie is moving back home to Antigonish! Chiropractic services will end July 17th, but Massage and Acupuncture will run until the end of July.

As of August 1st, Amanda Pigeon (who so many of you know and love) along with her business partner Erin, will be opening Turn a Page Wellness! Amanda Pigeon, Jess Sinha and Lisa Hadley will continue on as usual with the addition of Erin Sutherland who is also a RMT. Once the booking site is open, we will be sure to share with you so you can continue your services with minimal disruption!

On that note, Turn a Page Wellness will be taking ownership of this instagram account to provide patients and followers with up to date information as they move forward. If you no longer wish to follow this page with the transition, please take the time to unfollow (but we will be sad to see you go!)

Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for the many valued years of getting to know so many of you as patients who turned into friends 💙

Please join us in welcoming Meghan Tattrie, D. Ac, to the Knotical team!

Meghan’s Acupuncture practice is dedicated to helping clients find harmony in their unique lifestyles, fostering the long-term healing they seek. Through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), she provides treatments tailored to address a wide range of concerns, including pain relief, emotional balance, digestive health, full-body rejuvenation, gynecological issues, and other imbalances.

Her treatments incorporate a variety of TCM techniques, such as electro-acupuncture, Gua Sha, Tui Na, fire cupping, and moxibustion. Meghan also integrates education on Eastern Nutrition and Chinese Dietary Therapy to empower her clients with tools for sustained wellness.

Outside her practice, Meghan is passionate about being in nature and by the sea, hiking, animals, movement, meditation, breath-work, community connection, travel, and music.

She is an active member of the Canadian and Nova Scotia chapters of CMAAC and is delighted to welcome new clients, building meaningful connections within the community!

It’s that time of the year again, we are helping to provide Christmas gifts for a family in need!🎄

This year, we will be helping out two boys, ages 5 & 7. The boys are obsessed with Sonic the Hedgehog and would love any gifts related to that!!

They also have some winter essentials we are looking to buy as well, including snowsuits, boots, pjs, socks & underwear, shirts & pants! (See details in post).
