Join us for a relaxing evening of creativity and connection at the beautiful George Wright House, a historic Halifax property full of charm and character.

We'll spend the evening enjoying a botanical-themed guided watercolour experience designed to inspire creativity and encourage a sense of calm. All supplies are included, and participants will leave with everything they need to continue creating at home.

Following the workshop, settle into a soothing sound bath designed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and restore your energy. We'll also enjoy herbal tea and homemade treats while connecting with one another in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

🌕 ✨ What a magical evening. ✨🌕

Last night, we gathered beneath the Aquarius full moon for Sunset Sound Waves, sharing meditation, Reiki, crystal singing bowls, herbal tea, homemade treats, connection, and a moonlit ocean dip.

The fog and mist may have rolled in, but that certainly didn’t dampen our spirits. 🌊 💛

🌊🌕 SUNSET SOUND WAVES 🌕🌊

This gathering was created as an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through the healing presence of nature. The rhythmic sound of the waves, the fresh salt air, the colours of the sunset, and the glow of the full moon create a setting that encourages us to slow down, be present, and simply receive.

After arriving and settling into your personal space on the beach, you'll be guided through a grounding meditation accompanied by an immersive sound bath experience. Hands-on Reiki healing will be offered throughout, creating a gentle opportunity to release tension, restore balance, and sink into a state of deep relaxation.

This is a space for rest and receiving—there is nothing expected of you beyond finding a comfortable position, listening to the sounds around you, and allowing yourself to be present in the moment.

As the Aquarius Full Moon rises above the shoreline, we'll gather for herbal tea and a homemade treat, creating space for conversation, reflection, and connection. Those who feel called can conclude the evening with an optional ocean dip beneath the moonlit sky.

One of my favourite details at my wellness events is the custom herbal tea blend created by Bloom Institute. 🌿

Using a beautiful variety of dried herbs and flowers, each blend is thoughtfully curated to complement the unique energy and theme of the gathering.

Sipping from vintage teacups adds and extra touch of charm to the experience and creates a moment to pause, connect, and be present.

It’s one of the special touches I love including to make each event feel warm, welcoming and memorable. ✨

People are often surprised when they learn that I baked the treats being served at my events.

The truth is, I genuinely love doing it.

For me, it’s about more than having a sweet treat to enjoy. It’s about taking the time to create something with care, sharing it with others, and helping people feel welcomed.

I find it meaningful to bake for the people who attend. It’s one small way I can create an experience that feels special, thoughtful and personal.

The desserts, flowers, tea, and all the little details come together to create an atmosphere I hope guests feel the moment they walk through the door.

Intention is found in the little things. ✨

✨ Last night, Sarah and I hosted our 2nd Wings & Watercolours event. 🎨

We gathered for an evening of creativity, connection, and calm - painting watercolours, settling into a restorative sound bath, and enjoying homemade baked treats and herbal tea together.

Seeing people relax, create, and connect is exactly why these events exist. My heart is grateful for this growing community. 💛
