I am Jill Shireen, Creatrix and Foundress of Saraswati Lifestyle, Goddess Awakened. Movement, Meditation and Mindfulness make up my formula for self-care. Saraswati Lifestyle is my holistic model for health and well-being. To me, life is about well-being taking a priority. It’s about going beyond physical health to heal ourselves emotionally and spiritually. Movement: Raks sharki (belly dance) for

a full body workout and learning to embody the Goddess. Meditation: The healing modalities of the Divine Feminine. Including (but not limited to!) Astrology, Chakras, Tarot, the Elements and Seasons, Goddess Archetypes, Lunar Cycles. Mindfulness: The importance of shadow work, the spiritual journey, healing our individual and collective wounds.

But first, how was your summer. was it full of sunshine and ice cream? barbeques and splashing around? I hope it was everything. Sadly our sweet summer months do end. I love the crisp mornings and bright days of fall. Virgo season be hella productive vibes. We‘re continuing with last Saturday of the month dance parties - yay! Join us for a belly dance inspired booty-shaking good time.
