With a background spanning the professional stage and the treatment room, Susan Cook is passionate about the art of movement. A member of both NSAO and MTANS, Susan specializes in hands-on healing designed to help you shed tension and move with confidence.

Susan’s journey began at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, followed by a professional dancing career in Canada, Scotland, and China. Today, she combines her experience as a dancer and Stott Pilates Instructor to help her community prevent disease through better mobility.

A true lover of the outdoors, Susan spends her time volunteering with the Musquodoboit Trailways and Gaetz Brook Greenway. She is a dedicated supporter of our local trail systems, including the Trans Canada Trail and the HRM Active Transportation Spine.

🥂 Huge congrats to Haley on officially finishing the first year of her PhD in Health at Dalhousie!
