It's been quiet over here... but not because the magic stopped. ✨

I've been intentionally stepping back from social media to do what every intuitive needs to do from time to time: practice, learn, grow, and integrate. Over the past months, I've been deepening my connection, refining my gifts, and trusting the process.

Dreamwalking is strange and sacred.

A former boss, mentor, and friend (now passed) came to me twice last night. Same joy. Same warmth. He looked so well.

When I told him how much I miss him, he said he misses teaching me.

Today I burned frankincense to thank him for shaping who I am, and for still showing up from the other side.

Ancestors aren’t only blood. Some are chosen. Some are assigned. 🔥🕯️

Yesterday I was shopping in a small local business (support local always 🖤) when the owners started talking about some… activity that’s been happening in the shop lately.

The building is original to our downtown core. Old bones. Old stories.

They were wondering out loud if the place might be haunted.

I quietly kept browsing the racks, feeling into the space.
Yes — there’s intelligent energy there.
No — it doesn’t hang out all the time.

A male spirit.
Not present while I was there, but his signature was unmistakable. Like a fingerprint left on the air.

For a moment, I almost spoke up. Almost offered to bring my dowsing rods in so they could ask questions.

And then, 🚫 Nope.

My guides were very clear: not the right time, not the right place, not an invitation. So I bit my tongue and let the moment pass.

Sometimes discernment is the magic.
Not everything we perceive is meant to be shared.

This happened last night…

This weekend was a big one for serving spirit, so I took yesterday to rest, clear, and recalibrate.

Late last night, during a meeting, I heard my child call out —
“Mommy! Mommy!”

She’d fallen asleep in my bed, so I assumed she was scared or confused.
I hurried down the hall, calling back, “I’m coming!”

Passed my cat on the way — completely still, eyes fixed on the stairs.

But when I reached my room…
she was sound asleep.

My home is well protected, but sometimes energy lingers when the veil stirs.

Protection isn’t just about fear — it’s about maintenance.

Even sacred spaces gather echoes when we serve spirit deeply.

Clear. Ground. Ward. Rest. Repeat.
