Our outdoor yoga space for the upcoming Summer Reset and Somatics Yoga Retreat!

Weather permitting, all classes will be outside to be in tune with nature!

August 14 to 16

What is included:

👉 Accommodations for two nights at the Apple Inn Bed and Breakfast, Wellesley

👉 2 dinners, 1 Breakfast, 1 lunch, 1 brunch and a charcuterie board Saturday evening. Coffee, tea, beverages

👉 All yoga classes

👉 Tarot evening Saturday night with the fabulous Karena

👉 Flights and Goats excursion at The Perth Farmhouse

Agenda:

✨️Friday:

5 to 6pm arrival and dinner

7:00 - Welcome Circle and Restorative Yoga 🧘‍♀️
8:30 - Star Feeding ceremony
Optional fire 🔥

✨️Saturday:

8:00am - Dynamic Yoga Flow 🧘‍♀️
9:15am - Breakfast
10 to 1:30 - free time with option to drive to St. Jacob's Market OR relax and rest (drive to market not included)
2:00pm - Goats and Flights 🐐
5:00pm - Dinner
Tarot Evening and Chacuterie Board 🔮
Bedtime Meditation and Fire Ceremony 🔥

8:00am - Dynamic Yoga Flow
Free time, pack up
10:00am - Brunch
11:00am - Ending Circle

✨️Cost:

$525 - single bed shared room (or shared King Size bed) ✨️ I room left with 2 beds
$475 - single bed in shared space (daybed) ✨️ 1 single bed at this price left

This will be a small retreat with a max of 8. Please msg me for registration or with any questions

📢 this is a pet friendly space so there are dogs and cats (no animals in the Inn, however, there are at the yoga space)

Story time....

I raise my grandson and when I dropped him off at school the day after Mother's day, I overheard some other moms talking. They were asking eachother about Mother's Day and they were all excited talking about how their husband's "let them sleep in". This enraged me... how are we celebrating below the bare minimum???

To be clear, I wasn't enraged by these women, rather FOR these women and for women collectively.

The past few years have been disheartening and devestaing for all. We are watching our sister's in a neighboring country lose their rights to autonomy. When we speak up, our voices are still ignored and we are told we are too emotional. We see SA perpetrators find power with no accountability.

It's time to stand together to voice our feelings in a safe space with uplifting and supportive women. It is time to find unity and not look at eachother as competition, as society has ingrained in us.

As a somatic healer and yoga instructor, I decided to do something that was within my scope and capability to help others, and myself, find peace and healing.

If this aligns with you, join me next Wednesday for some somatic movement, uplifting conversation and a safe space. Msg me to let me know you are coming as this will be a smaller gathering.

A space to soften.

To reconnect with yourself and community.

Join me for an evening of gentle connection, reflection, meditation, and heartfelt conversation as we gather in circle together. This is an invitation to slow down, nourish your spirit, and come home to yourself in the company of other women.

• Gentle Somatic movement

No experience is needed — just come as you are.

Come join me May 24 at 7:30pm for a 75 minute Restorative Yoga ending with Yoga Nidra 🧘‍♂️ 🧘‍♀️

You will be guided into relaxation with a Restorative practice using bolsters, blocks, blankets and weighted sand bags to fully support you through 5 poses.

After feeling calm and relaxed, I will guide you through a 20 minute Yoga Nidra. What is yoga nidra? It is yogic sleep!! It is a guided meditation to allow all parts of the body to shut off and relax. It is fantastic for those who suffer from PTSD and anxiety.

There will also be lovely oils and therapeutic touch to make sure you leave feeling blissful and rested!

Cost - $20
Payment must me made to secure a space and for location. Please msg me for all details.
