Good Morning Thursday June 8th 2023
I want to thank everyone for the Birthday Wishes. This particular Birthday got me thinking how I never gave much thought to my Birthdays. This one has me thinking how important it is to live each day to it's fullest. Stopping to enjoy life. Taking time to do as many kindnesses each day as I can. Even a few loving thoughts during the day counter balances all of our negative thoughts. That's pretty awesome. The only way to enhance one's power in the world is by increasing one's integrity and capacity for understanding. If mankind
can be brought to this realization, the survival of human society and happiness of it's members is secure. These are words come from the book I like to read and reread. "Power VS Force". When i read this it seems to be an impossible task when I see all the destruction in our World. I conclude for me I will try each day to do my part. Help others/do good deed/send out love joy and happiness to those I meet. My challenge!
I hope you have an amazing day. Do what ever makes you happy. "HALT" if you need to and "Never Give UP".

Good Morning Monday
Starting off cool at 12c. Will warm up later in the day.
I trust you had a wonderful weekend.
I watched a favorite movie of mine "You've Got Mail". Later the next day I watched "Crash", I recall when it came out Oprah was recommending it. I had watched before but was compelled to watch again. well worth watching.
Last night as I was taking my evening walk and was crossing the road a young man on a bike stopped as he was coming from the other direction. As I passed I said "Thank You", he replied was most not welcome and gave me the finger. I wasn't expecting that but never the less that was his response. There were many thoughts running through my head. Is this how his parents "didn't raise him", was he just angry at someone or everyone, don't know what he was going through and may still be? I decided to just sent him on his way with a hope and prayer that somehow he may see the light. I found it difficult not to react in a not so nice way to the initial encounter. NEXT!!! and carry on.
Chakra #6 is the Brow Chakra, colour Indigo, Musical note "La"
Beauty, generosity, happiness and radiance.
This is some times called the Third Eye or Spiritual Eye. Meditation, visualization. I recall a book that came out called "The Secret" was very popular. If you hold a thought and envision that imagine it will materialize in your world. I have heard that this is where inventions come from. Someone thinks it, holds on to it visualizes it and it materializes in time. Food for thought. Visualize that job you want, you can see it happening, you can feel it, your right in the space where you will work.
I hope the remainder of the day is as wonderful as you are. Remember you can be and do anything you set your mind to.

Good Morning you glorious Friday!!!
Hell Chakra #4 Throat: colour is Blue/musical note is So. Not surprising vocal cords/power/dignity/pride/wisdom/use words well/rise above self/honesty/truth/harmonize with all of creation.
I like this one and several scenarios come to mind. "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything". I know that sometimes I don't tell the truth because if I did I night hurt someone. eg. how do you like my hair? you don't care for it but you say, wow and smile. My Grandmother use to call this a "little white lie". Some times words just come out of your mouth, "open mouth, insert foot". I tend to say cancel three times and think of something positive.
I must say I am saddened by the fact that there is so much Bullying. Not just young people but adults as well. I would have hoped we had gotten past putting others down in order to make ourselves feel good. First impression: judging a book by its's cover. Not taking time to see the inner beauty of that soul who may be struggling. We have no idea what is going on in this persons life. My daughter, had a shirt on yesterday that simply said "Choose Kind". Feeling less than, A kind word, (act of kindness) can lift that person up more than you may know. We are so inundated by media to look and feel a certain way, where the right clothes etc. We just need to be strong and accept our imperfections/as no one is perfect. I we were we wouldn't be here learning the lessons we need to learn on our journey through this crazy world of ours.
Take some time this weekend and do whatever makes you happy. Have a marvelous one.

What a Gorgeous Thursday
Today we Chakra #4 The Heart Chakra:
The colour is Green/the musical note "Fa"
#4 relates to love/loyalty/Optimum/charity/forgiveness/sincerity and cheerfulness to all. The Heart and lungs are associated with this Chakra.
For myself I will really look at those qualities and see where I can improve. It won't happen over night. Time once again to take an inventory on myself.
On a lighter note: June 3rd. Gage Park, Children's Art Festival.
Battle of Stoney Creek, Re-enactment June 3rd to 4th. 77 Kings St. West.

Good morning Wednesday already all though there may be some that feel it hasn't come soon enough. The sun is out weather is getting warmer which lifts my spirits.
Charka #3 "Solar Plex" Colour yellow/musical note "Me" /faith hope and joy/hope for all man kind. the intestines/pancreas/liver/bladder/stomach and upper spine.
I relate to this particular Chakra as the little or big football in my stomach when making decisions. Listening to that little voice in my head/good or bad/ Should ignore those little nudges or voices. It is your intuition. Fright or flight. You may want to pay close attention. What is your body telling you?
We are all unique individual not two alike. When I think about it is truly amazing a Miracle. Wow. I pray you go out today knowing how special you are. If need be/HALT/hold your breath and smile.
Netflix "Good Sam" how acts of kindness spread joy and happiness to others. An open door/a hug/ may be a coffee. When you do little acts of kindness you raise the consciousness of the Universe. It's easy to love someone who loves you/not so easy to love someone who doesn't love you/ to forgive. I Pray those going through difficult times find the help/strength/and courage to get through it. If you can find joy in the little things and people around you.

Good Morning What a beautiful day.
I left off with Chakras. We started with the Root Chakra. What I forgot to mention was the Root Chakra is associated with the Kidney and Spine.
2nd Chakra is the Solar Plex, the colour is Orange and the musical note is "Ra". Faith/joy/Life Growth/mission and purpose/creative good/evolve spiritually. The bodies Bladder/Spleen/Kidney/Prostrate and ovaries. Reiki can help to release blockages in those areas.

Today May 29th 2023 Memorial Day is observed in the United States to honor those who died and their mourners serving in the United States Military. Family and friends will visit graves and place flags on graves of Service Personal.
There will be Parades across the Nation. Lest we forget they gave their all.
As our neighbors mourn I would personally like to have a moment of silence and light some candles.
This day is for them.
