June is National Indigenous History Month in what we call Canada here on Turtle Island.

This is a month to recognize the history that has happened to the original peoples of this land, a time to reflect and educate, unlearn, listen and learn but also a time to truly appreciate the diversity and rich contributions that Indigenous people continue to offer our communities.

My Breathwork sessions have always been more than breathwork. I always hold these spaces in this spirit of Shamanism. I open and close with the Andean Cosmovision - and I channel my medicine for those who want to receive it.⁠

The Root Gathering ⁠starts @ 6:30 pm EST Before we Breathe!

Before our monthly online shamanic healing and breathwork ceremony with me, The Divine Roots Community is invited to gather in and Root into community. The Root Gathering is a sacred space of arrival and connection. This space will be guided by our Keystone Guardian, Connie . This 20-minute circle invites you to land, be seen, and weave into the living field of Divine Roots.⁠

For those who savour space on your own before we begin, we’ll maintain and keep your sacred silence with music from 6:50-7 pm EST, offering space for those who wish to prepare within their own personal temple before we breathe together.⁠
⁠
The Root Gathering begins at 6:30 p.m. EST each month. Together guided by Connie, we anchor our intentions, share presence, and remember that we are part of one great web of breath, belonging, and becoming.⁠

I am devoted to cultivating a deeply rooted community, one that continues to hold, nurture, and support your path, and may this feel like a welcome addition for when you need community in real time - we will be there!⁠

This is our last Toronto ceremony until the Fall, so come out and join us!

We breathe in this sacred space as we prepare for the Summer Solstice. A ceremony as old as time, to celebrate and honour the light.

As we prepare for midsummer, we are also acknowledging the light within us. If you are ready to access that light within, then the breath is the prayer, and the ceremony is you.

We believe that breath is the first medicine.

We hold our curriculum in the sacred circle knowing that the breath is precious and the first medicine of life.

I believe this medicine is the hope we have for humanity in this great time.

Honouring all our graduates and current student across the world as our global training is getting wider every year.

I am so proud to be a lead trainer to walk the foundations and curriculum of . It never ceases to amaze me the quality of graduates - the standards don’t get any higher than this!!
