🌅 For most people, 10–15 minutes of sun exposure on the arms and face during the early morning or late afternoon is generally enough for Vitamin D, depending on your skin tone and the season. After that, apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen 🧴 and remember to reapply every 2 hours ⏰ if you’re outdoors.

🏠 Stay indoors whenever possible, keep windows and doors closed, and use a HEPA air purifier if available. If you must go outside, consider wearing a well-fitted N95 mask.

Take extra precautions if you have asthma, COPD, heart disease, are pregnant, are an older adult, or have young children. Stay safe, Hamilton & Ancaster. 💚
