We were pleased to join The Walnut Foundation for part of their PSA Detect & Protect event on Saturday morning in Hamilton.
The event brought together members of the community to increase awareness about prostate cancer and provide access to free PSA testing for eligible men.

We are always grateful for opportunities to connect with organizations doing important work in men’s health and prostate cancer care. It was a pleasure meeting with the Walnut Foundation team again and learning more about their efforts to promote access, awareness and action in the community.

One of the most meaningful parts of my work is supporting nurses advancing their continence expertise through Nurses Specialized in Wound, Ostomy and Continence Canada (NSWOCC).

Continence concerns can deeply affect confidence, independence, and quality of life. Watching these clinicians develop advanced assessment skills and patient-centred strategies reminds us why this work matters.

Many men struggle with bladder leakage or erectile dysfunction, which are common issues that are often overlooked.
I created the Hegel Method to help men restore function and improve quality of life. Starting before surgery can protect function and improve outcomes even further.

Honored to speak at the Institute of Oncology in Panama.

A key takeaway from this trip: unity drives impact. I visited the Panama Canal and was struck not just by the engineering, but by the thousands of people working together toward a single, extraordinary goal.

In prostate cancer care, survival rates are high, but quality of life is often overlooked.

That needs to change. It’s what led me to develop the Hegel Method.

Muscle is medicine.

I had the honor of joining Margaret Pimentel for the launch of a seniors program focused on healthy aging.

I gave a short talk on the importance of muscle and exercise as we age, and we even got everyone moving with a few simple exercises đź’Ş

It’s amazing to see a room go from listening to actively participating.
