As part of Seniors Month, we’re highlighting impactful resources that the Geras Centre has to offer, including our GeriEvidence podcast! 🎤

This podcast series bridges the gap between impactful research and the frontlines of care, delivering evidence-based conversations that inspire better care and informed decision-making.

In the theme of “Let’s get Moving” this Seniors Month, we’re highlighting the episode “Keeping Life in Motion: Physio & Bone Health” with physiotherapist Bonny O’Hare. This episode explores how physiotherapy and safe, targeted exercise support bone health, reduce fracture risk, and help people with osteoporosis stay active and independent.

Check it out here: https://www.gerascentre.ca/our-research/keeping-life-in-motion/

🎧 As always, listen for free on Spotify, Apple, Amazon Music or iHeart.

GeriEvidence is brought to you by the Geras Centre for Aging Research, at Hamilton Health Sciences and affiliated with McMaster University, and proudly supported by the CIHR Institute of Aging Betty Havens Prize for Knowledge Mobilization in Aging awarded to Dr. Alexandra Papaioannou.
