Energy Tap is a psychotherapy service. We provide a range of services. We offer groups, individual, couples and youth counselling. We also offer workshops.

Avoidance can be a protective strategy. A part of us trying to keep us safe from discomfort, fear, or overwhelm. When we approach these moments with curiosity instead of judgment, we create space for deeper self-understanding.
