We’re so excited to welcome Cassie back to TOI after spending precious time at home on maternity leave. We know many of you have been looking forward to her return, and we can’t wait to have her back with the team!

Starting August 10, Cassie’s schedule will be:

As part of our network of five clinics across Hamilton and Niagara, this is an exciting opportunity to build and grow your practice within a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside Orthopaedic Surgeons, Sports Medicine Physicians, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Kinesiologists, and other healthcare professionals while benefiting from strong internal referral opportunities.

We are proud healthcare partners of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, Forge FC, Stoney Creek Sabres, and other local sports organizations, providing care to athletes and active individuals throughout our communities.

Recently, team members from across our OI locations came together for an evening of clinical case discussions and professional development. The event provided an opportunity to step away from our regular clinic schedules and connect with colleagues from across the organization.

Through case reviews, group discussions, and shared experiences, our clinicians exchanged knowledge, explored different treatment approaches, and gained practical insights that can be applied in everyday patient care.

Huge thank you to everyone who came out to our Sports Taping & Sports Medicine Education Night at NOI!

It was awesome bringing together physiotherapists, athletic therapists, kinesiologists, chiropractors, medical students, and healthcare professionals who all share the same passion for sports medicine, rehabilitation and patient care.

From ankle, wrist, and thumb taping techniques to conversations around injury management, return to sport, and collaboration in healthcare, the night was such a great reminder of how valuable hands-on learning and community connection can be.

A massive thank you to the incredible instructors, staff, and volunteers who donated their time and expertise to make the evening possible. Thank you to the Faculty at Brock University’s Masters of Kinesiology Program, who spent hours with our group teaching all the taping techniques. We are so grateful for the support and collaboration.

Thank you to for their assistance in hosting the event and generous support with taping supplies!

This challenge was all about control, balance, and soft landings 💪🏀

The goal: complete a box jump and land softly enough so the ball balanced on top of the dumbbell stayed in place. Sounds easy… until you actually try it 😅

Honestly, the team crushed it 🔥
