You never really know what someone is carrying when they walk through your door.

The diagnosis they never saw coming. The grief they haven’t found words for. The anxiety that follows them into every quiet moment. The feeling of being stuck, exhausted, or so far removed from themselves that they barely recognize who they’ve become.

And sometimes, they arrive simply because something within them is asking for more.

Different stories. Different seasons of life. Different reasons for finding their way here.

What I love most about this work is that no two experiences are ever the same.

Some leave feeling lighter. Some find clarity where there was once confusion. Others discover emotions they didn’t even realize they’d been holding.

And sometimes, the shift is simply remembering what it feels like to be supported, without having to hold everything together.

These are their words. Their experiences. Their stories to tell.

And I don’t take a single moment of their trust for granted.
