I’ve learned we don’t have to wait for the chaos to settle or the hurt to disappear before noticing the beauty that is still here.

The laughter. The love. The unexpected moments that remind us there is still so much life unfolding around us.

Somewhere within it all, we can hold what hurts while making room for what might still be possible.

This is at the heart of the work I do. 🤍

It’s also what inspired Life, Interrupted, a restorative workshop for women moving through grief, caregiving, separation, illness, and life’s unexpected changes.
