The Energy of Sleep
One of the most overlooked forms of healing is sleep.
In a world that encourages us to keep pushing, keep producing, and keep moving, many people feel guilty when their body asks for rest. Yet sleep is not a weakness. It is one of the ways your mind, body, and spirit restore balance.
Have you ever noticed that everything feels heavier when you’re exhausted? Small problems feel bigger. Emotions feel stronger. Decisions become harder. Even your connection to your intuition can feel distant.
Sleep is often where the body repairs, the mind processes, and the soul integrates the lessons and experiences of the day.
Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is not meditate longer, work harder, or search for more answers.
Sometimes it is simply allowing yourself permission to rest.
