GREAT Smashburgers today at HOTTIES…
This was our July meet up for coffee, but we didn’t do coffee today.

Today at Hotties we had smashed burgers for the first time and they are the greatest - two thin Patties ,6 ounces in each one. Cooked to perfection. Crispy on the edges…

Thank you, Warren for allowing us to come in earlier before the rush and for the special treats at the end.

East End Yoga Student students gathered again!

The weather worked in our favour today - so lunch was outdoors on the picnic tables.

If you haven’t been there, it’s worth the trip to Hotties.

Reminders outdoor yoga starts this evening, July 7 at 6:30 in the backyard of 1831 King St. E.

Wednesday morning 9:30 AM please go to the front doors of the church 1831 King St. E. and will be in a different room for the summer.

Not to worry supplies /equipment will be brought to the room.

Wrapping up the spring session of East End Yoga this week. Coffee meet up took us to Vero Cafe & Gallery.

Great space- original wooden floors- you’ll know the location as the original Henry’s shoe store! Sign still remains- Barber shop and bar on one side- cafe and art gallery on the other.

Walls covered in beautiful art work/ Yes you can purchase!

Lovely staff great service. Thank you for setting up our meeting space for us.

Looking forward to our next location for July!

Summer yoga is just around the corner- this year East End Yoga will try a new location-

1831 King Street East

Right in the backyard of our new location- this way we have immediate access to washrooms and if the weather should change on the Tuesday evening, we have access to moving indoors.

Website is up to date and schedule is attached- classes start Tuesday July 7th at 6:30 pm sharp- and Wednesday morning at 9:30 am sharp-

Wednesday class will have a zoom option! But we’d rather see you in person in class! If possible!
