Here's what you should know before your first appointment:
- You'll receive a confirmation email and an intake form that you can fill out before arriving.
- If you have a doctor's referral, please bring it to the appointment (if not, no worries, physiotherapists don't require referrals😊).
- Please bring your insurance information so that we can keep it on file for your follow-up visits.
- Make sure you wear something comfortable and easy to move in.
- Before your appointment, check our address (1280 Mohawk Rd, Ancaster) and aim to arrive 5 minutes early.
- When you're here, we'll get you seated right away in one of our patient rooms.
