We will monitor our phones and will be available by telephone for questions or concerns
you may have about your device.

We ask that you contact us immediate to reschedule your appointment if you have any of these symptoms:

fever
cough
difficulty breathing
OR
If you have returned home from travelling abroad or a Canadian hot spot
Within the last 14 days.

Please be advised that we are following the Canadian Government's guidelines to keep our patients and staff healthy as well as monitoring recommendations from provincial and local health officials. At the moment we are still open to see patients and have taken the following precautions:

Screening patients and families over the phone before their appointment and again when they arrive for any of the above symptoms and travel history.

All people use hand sanitizer upon arrival.

We will only see one child accompanied by one adult; other family members are asked not to attend.

All patients over the age of 70 are requested to call to reschedule.

Our staff are regularly wiping common surface, sanitizing your device and keeping our workshop and tools clean.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will inform our patients by phone, Facebook, and via this website if we make the decision to close for a period of time.
