Does your child have a brain that's always on the go?

The second group in our Fall 2026 series is The ADHD Toolbox, an 8-week group designed for kids (ages 8-11) to discover strategies that work with their ADHD brain. Through games, hands-on activities, movement, creativity, and connection, kids will build practical skills for managing big emotions, staying organized, solving problems, and growing confidence along the way.

Every child leaves with their own "toolbox" of strategies they can use at home, at school, and community. Most importantly, they'll be reminded that ADHD isn't something to "fix", it's a unique way of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world, with plenty of strengths to celebrate.

📆 Session starts Wednesday September 30

If you've been looking for a supportive, fun space where your child can learn, connect with peers, and discover what helps them thrive, reach out to learn more and discuss whether it's the right fit for your family.

Help your child build lifelong skills in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment.

Our Emotion Commotion group is an 8-Week DBT Skills Group for Kids (Ages 8–11) and is designed to help children build confidence, make friends, and learn practical skills for handling life's ups and downs, all through fun, interactive activities.

Each week, kids will explore ways to understand their emotions, manage frustration, solve problems, communicate with others, and practice calming strategies they can use at home, at school, and everywhere in between. Expect games, creative activities, laughter, and plenty of opportunities to learn in a supportive environment.

Because learning coping skills doesn't have to feel like work, it can be fun, engaging, and empowering.

📆 Module 1 starts Tuesday September 29th!

Ready to help your child grow their emotional toolbox? We'd love to connect and answer any questions or help you get registered!

Our June newsletter focuses on shifting into a new season of routines, expectations, and opportunities as the end of the school year and summer approaches.

While this time of year can bring excitement and connection, it can also come with added stress and change. If the transition feels overwhelming, know that support is available, and we're here whenever you need a helping hand.

Children don’t always have the words to explain what they’re feeling, but play can help tell the story.

Play-based therapy offers children a safe space to express emotions, build coping skills, process experiences, and strengthen connection through play, creativity, and relationship.

Whether a child is struggling with anxiety, big emotions, behaviour changes, stress, or life transitions, support can look different than simply “talking about it.”

If you’d like to learn more about play-based therapy or whether it may be a good fit for your child, connect with our team.
