👋 Meet Patrick O’Neil!

Co-Owner, Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Athletic Therapist, and Strength & Conditioning Specialist at Restorative Touch Physiotherapy!

With a passion for movement, rehabilitation, and human performance, Patrick brings a unique combination of hands-on treatment, athletic rehabilitation, and strength training to help patients recover from injuries and get back to doing what they love. 💪

Beyond his clinical expertise, Patrick holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Science specializing in Healthcare Leadership, bringing his passion for patient care into helping shape the future of Restorative Touch.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Patrick staying involved in local sports, working with athletes, or cheering on his favourite teams! ⚽

Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to perform at your best, Patrick is here to help you move better, feel stronger, and reach your goals!

✨ Meet Abi! ✨

Say hello to Abigail Nolet, Registered Physiotherapist and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist at Restorative Touch! 👋

Abi completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy at McMaster University and has continued expanding her skills with additional training in orthopaedics, pelvic health, pain neuroscience, exercise and manual therapy.

With her Level 1 & 2 Pelvic Health certifications, Abi works with patients dealing with a wide variety of musculoskeletal and pelvic health concerns. Her approach is focused on helping you better understand your body, move with confidence and get back to doing the things you love. 💪

Outside the clinic, Abi enjoys running, music and staying active! 🏃‍♀️🎶

MYTH: Physiotherapy is only for when you’re injured. ❌
FACT: You don’t necessarily need to wait for an injury to start taking care of your body.

Physiotherapy can help address movement concerns, build strength and mobility, support recovery, and help you work toward your individual goals.

Think of it this way: taking care of your body before something becomes a bigger issue can be just as important as treating an injury afterward.

Proud to be out in the community supporting a great cause. 💙⛳

On Monday, Restorative Touch Physiotherapy was honoured to participate in the Wesley Charity Golf Tournament, helping raise funds in support of Wesley’s youth housing programs.

Wesley does incredible work supporting youth and families in our community, and we’re grateful to have been part of an event that brings people together for such an important cause.

We are blessed to not only help Hamilton move better but also support the community we’re proud to call home. 💙
