Some very welcomed support in our community for youth! Welcome to Hanover, Elephant Thoughts!

The Town of Hanover is pleased to welcome the expansion of Elephant Thoughts’ workforce development programming in our community, strengthening opportunities for youth and job seekers while supporting long‑term economic growth.

The expansion builds on previous municipal investments at the 612 10th Street facility, offering hands‑on training spaces such as a kitchen, welding shop and wood shop that provide young people with real‑world experience and practical skills.

Supported by a $200,000 commitment from Meridian Credit Union, the Reframe program will deliver hands‑on job training, financial coaching and post‑program support through Elephant Thoughts.

The expansion also coincides with the opening of Elephant Thoughts’ new youth training centre in Hanover, including The Bodega, a youth‑run café opening later this month.

We've all had experiences with bullying. Whether it be at your workplace, your community or your children's school.
