Our June Group Fitness classes start tomorrow.
If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to get started, this is your sign.
These Full Body strength-based classes are designed to help women:
• Build strength
• Lose inches
• Improve energy
• Support fat loss
• Improve sleep & insulin sensitivity
• Preserve muscle through peri-menopause & menopause
We also understand the importance of strength training for women using GLP-1 medications and are happy to answer questions privately.
45-minute coach-led classes in a supportive environment.

Monday – 6:30 PM
Wednesday – 6:30 PM
Saturday – 9:00 AM
June 1 – June 27
Pricing:
• $96 – 2 classes/week
• $144 – 3 classes/week
• $15 Drop-in
