CCNH has taken on an initiative called Person Centred Care - The goal is to put Residents at the centre of every decision made by respecting their choices, preferences, values & life experiences.
We will hold a meeting each month with a committee of staff & any interested residents and families. Our purpose is to bring forward ideas & projects that residents would like to see happen. Together we'll plan, organize & implement these projects while continuing to promote a culture where residents' voices are heard & celebrated!

The first endeavor, at the request of residents, was a Banana Split afternoon treat! Thank you to our Dietary team and Person Centred Care Committee for making this happen! 🍌🍨🍦

We took the Bus to pick up 2 flats of Beautiful New Brunswick Strawberries from McLellan's on Monday, We stemmed 'em on Tuesday and Today was Jam Day with Julia! Thanks Julia for your help 🍓🍓🍓 Thanks also to our Dietary Department for the scrumptious strawberry pie & shortcake!
