A great investigation on Saturday evening with Richard Palmisano and his team "The Searcher Group" and Valerie Laraby. I was fortunate to connect with 7 spirits which I sensed were from the late 19th century. Amongst them were two children, three women (mistress of the house, maid and the nanny), a blacksmith and a farm hand. Unfortunately I wasn't able to connect with the energy of the Master of the house but others had that privilege. It is amazing the secrets that come alive after passing. The first room I was drawn to, I was met by the maid and she made her presence known by flickering the lights a few times. The young girl and her little brother watched me climb the stairs and the energy was so strong I felt nauseous and my legs gave out as I got to the top of the staircase. She was very kind and offered me a cold cloth. While speaking with the nanny, small green lights flickered on the floor while she was telling me her sad story and she moved a board which was leaning on the wall beside me. She took my hands and asked me to follow her to a Maple tree but due to the torrential rain Saturday evening I chose not to go so instead she shared her grief with me of her infant being buried under that tree. So much information came from each spirit as I gained their trust. No different than present times this family had their troubles even though they were wealthy. Like all families, they had skeletons in the cupboards. A beautiful experience filled with sadness and happiness and I assured the current owner that they were not to be feared but respected.

Speaking as a Nutritionist I must say Im pleased and proud to hear of the 6% BF Milk being returned to the table, particularly in the schools. For anyone who has known me, you know I have never recommended in my practice nor followed a low saturated fat diet. Saturated fats from meat and dairy and coconut is an essential part of brain function - needed to build cell membranes in the bain, necessary for memory and creating new memories, saturated fat is the prime energy source for the brain and is essential for the signal transmissions from the brain to other parts of the body. Along with a healthy diet rich in antioxidant and void of trans fats (hydrogenated), and well balanced, maybe if society adopts this new theory and goes back to eating as our ancestors did, we could see a lot less mental health concerns, neurological illness, less overall disease (yes that includes heart disease and diabetes) and become a happier and healthier world.
