Hi, I'm Jennie, founder of NeuroMotion Studio
and the NeuroMotion Method

I am a Pilates Trainer with over 10 years of experience helping people improve movement, strength, pain and confidence. Over the last 10 plus years I have been working in several health and wellness facilities including Physiotherapy clinics, Personal Training facilities and Osteopathic clinics. Over the years my practice h

as evolved beyond traditional fitness to a Brain Based approach, intersecting movement, neuroscience and pain education.

As someone who has lived with chronic pain, I understand how frustrating, isolating, devastating and limiting pain can feel. My own journey led me to explore the fields of neuroscience, neuroplasticity, movement and pain science, transforming not only how I view pain, but also how I support others. I am passionate about helping others discover that meaningful change is possible, even when they have been told that their symptoms are something they simply have to live with or "it is all in your head". My practice is inspired by the following quote:

"There is more to us than we know. If we can be made to see it, perhaps for the rest of our lives we will be unwilling to settle for anything less".

The feet play a huge role in strength, mobility, balance and even cognitive function and emotional health. They can also be a big player when it comes to reducing pain in our bodies.

Right nostril breathing is a great way to stimulate the sympathetic nervous system which can improve energy and focus.

Breathing through the left nostril can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, lessening stress and anxiety. Breathing with a bit of force can be even more effective.
