Back from an amazing Eastern Canada adventure and my first week back was a great one! Feeling so happy to be back in routine and seeing all of you again.

Only the best for your face 😊 facial skin can be sensitive, which is why I’ve carefully hand-picked organic oils and products (locally made in Invermere BC, one my my favourite towns) to support your treatment.

Face muscles are small and respond differently than the rest of your body, so I use specific tools and techniques including hot & cold hydrotherapy to help reduce tension, headaches and jaw pain, and lower overall stress.

I’ve had so many questions about my last post! Here’s a little more info with a pretty image that is not anatomically correct 🤣

This treatment is not a spa facial. I do use oil and product that I carefully picked out (more on this later), but this appointment isn’t about your skin - it’s about your MUSCLES with a sprinkle of basic lymphatic work.

This treatment specifically targets the muscles of the face, head and neck to help with:
- stress
- Headaches
- Jaw tension/clenching

It’s not a one-size-fits-all session. Just like any other treatment, we adapt based on how you are feeling and what we find during assessment. YES, intra-oral can be included for jaw issues.

Don’t forget about your face 🤍

When it comes to headaches, jaw tension, and overall stress, your face and scalp muscles hold a lot of tension too. These areas are often overlooked, but they play a huge role in how you feel day to day.

This focused treatment works on the muscles of the face and scalp, along with the neck and shoulders that commonly contribute to tension, headaches, and TMJ discomfort.

Please arrive with minimal makeup. Wait at least 2 weeks after cosmetic injections or fillers before booking.
