On behalf of Maskwacîs Counselling and Support Services, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to our dedicated instructors, Elder Ida Bull, Noreen Littlechild, and Elder Marvin Littlechild, for sharing their invaluable knowledge of our sacred Cree language. We deeply appreciate Elder Ida Bull and Marvin Littlechild for bringing joy, song, and engaging exercises to our learning environment. We also wish to extend our special thanks to Jolene Bull and Noreen Littlechild for their impactful Cree teachings.
Additionally, we would like to thank Leeann Rain for providing the wonderful shepherd's pie for this evening's meal. Nêhiyawêwin is a sacred language that grounds us, bringing our community to a spiritual realm of peace, profound knowledge, and deep connection.

The Cree Language Program provided participants with a valuable opportunity to develop their speaking skills while deepening their understanding of traditional culture and teachings. Throughout the sessions, attendees engaged in immersive learning guided by foundational instructors and special guests who shared oral histories, cultural knowledge, and personal experiences. To foster community and engagement, each class incorporated a shared supper for participants.
Sincere appreciation is extended to the Maskwacis Counselling & Support Services (MCSS) team, Cree instructors Elder Ida Bull, Noreen Saddleback, and Elder Marvin Littlechild, as well as the guest speakers who contributed their expertise. Their dedication provided the community with an essential platform to practice, promote, and preserve the Cree language for future generations.
