I am offering Rebounding 30 minutes classes for 12$ per class beginning February 25 at 5:00 pm. I need a minimum of 5 people to do each class, so prepayment before the class on the same day before 3:00 is needed, and then I will send the email link. Send me a pm if you are interested.

I am offering online personal one on one sessions for those interested. I have both a 45 or 60 minute session available at different costs. I specialize in Recovery Fitness but also do Specific training and just about anything you need! Let me know if you are interested. Spots are starting to fill!

Pandemic getting you down! Get outside and enjoy the fresh air! Ski, snowshoe and just walk! Skiing is wonderful to build up shoulder, core and leg strength! Not to mention the cardio benefits for your heart and lungs! So get out there! Nature awaits!

Janice Burdon will be offering her Nordic walking excursions once again this fall. 8 weeks on Saturdays from 9:30-10:15 in St. Lazare! Beginning September 12. Initiation course is a must and will be held for 5 people only on Saturday August 22 or September 5. (Reserve early) Poles are included in the price. If you wish to continue onto the excursions, there is an extra charge and you must purchase your own poles via amazon or sports experts. No hiking poles allowed. Nordic walking poles are specific to the sport! This is a great way to workout in nature keeping an acceptable social distance! If interested please send me a pm! Minimum 10 and maximum 15.
