So much growth in the last few weeks!

We at Triada Health Ottawa are super excited to have a couple new practitioners added to our growing clinic! We have Stefanie who is our newest acupuncturist, she has been registered as an acupuncturist for a few years now and also has her Ph.D. in neuroscience from her home in Germany. She will be seeing clients at the clinic on Tuesdays 10am to 4pm, Fridays 2pm to 5:30pm and Saturdays 10am to 2pm.

We also have another fantastic RMT joining our little clinic! With Jodie leaving us last month (we're super stoked to see her flourish out in BC!), We knew we had to bring on another RMT who was as passionate about massage as she was. Well, I do believe we have found that RMT with Serah! She has been registered for a few years now and has great knowledge of sports centered care as well as rehabilitation and concussion therapy. Her hours begin on July 4th and are Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10am to 1:30pm, Wednesday 11am to 1:15pm, and Thursday 2pm to 5:30pm.

The mandatory masking mandate is set to discontinue as of tomorrow morning. We at Triada Health Ottawa have asked our practitioners how they would like to proceed at this point, and we have come to the conclusion that we will continue masking as well as asking those who come in for services to please wear their masks for the duration of their treatment/visit. We all either know or have someone in our homes or lives who may be fragile or immunocompromised. We ask that everyone please be courteous to our practitioners requests.
