d your health is undeniable. Many are turning to holistic nutrition as a way to not only feed their bodies and prevent disease but as a way to eat their way back to health. Holistic nutrition is all about eating healthy foods that are as close to their natural state as possible for maximum health and well being. Key words you will hear from me include unrefined, unprocessed, organic and locally grown whole foods. My approach hinges on the belief that the human body is self-healing and when given the right elements, will always strive for balance and health. 🏃‍♀️Ottawa 1/2 marathon ✅️

🤭The last half marathon I ran was almost 15 years ago. Before holistic nutrition or menopause.

🌱I'm proud to have shaved almost 5 minutes off my time and was happy to notice less pain overall...

😅 But also very relieved to go back to good old walking for awhile!
