Now accepting NEW clients! 🫶 Hola, I'm Cassandra.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, my journey began later in life when I was drawn to the healing power of the body. After personally experiencing the transformative effects of massage and breathwork, I became passionate about combining breathwork techniques with my knowledge of anatomy and intuitive touch to support others in optimizing their own breathing patterns. I believe that improved breathing can unlock profound health benefits and I'm on a mission to empower others through my one of a kind approach.
