Aindrea McHugh, Registered Physiotherapist & Kinesiologist I am currently a Resident Physiotherapist and have an extensive background in Kinesiology.

I provide physical therapy and kinesiology services in clinic (@ Swat Health, Queens Quay, Toronto) or in the comfort of your own home. I specialize in exercise rehabilitation and believe that exercise is medicine. I am also certified in Soft Tissue Release and have my level 1 manual therapy certification.

Hello friends! I wish you all a happy new year and hope that you have been finding a way to exercise in this cold weather! I am excited to share with you all that I have started working at a clinic at Habourfront, called SWAT Health, as a resident physiotherapist! I also provide home care physiotherapy and kinesiology services.
