Now Hiring: Wellness Supervisor (Full-Time)

Are you a compassionate nursing leader who is passionate about resident-centered care?

We're looking for a Wellness Supervisor to lead our clinical team, partner with residents and families, and help create a community where people feel valued, supported, and at home.

In this role, you'll oversee clinical services, support individualized care planning, mentor team members, and collaborate with healthcare partners to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.

Qualifications:
✔ Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
✔ Experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with leadership experience are encouraged to apply
✔ Experience leading clinical teams
✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
✔ Commitment to person-directed care

As part of Seniors’ Week, residents at Pearson Place came together to create a beautiful Wisdom Tree. Residents were asked the question: “If you could give advice to others or to your younger self, what would it be?”

The responses were thoughtful, inspiring, and filled with wisdom gained through life experience. We invite everyone to visit the Wisdom Trees displayed on each floor and take a moment to read the advice shared by our residents. Their words are a wonderful reminder of the knowledge, resilience, and perspective that seniors bring to our community.

Today at Pearson Place, we had our first Culture Festival! We want to thank everyone who participated. ECPs and family members came together to celebrate each other’s cultures by setting up tables featuring meaningful items, posters, and pictures. It was wonderful to see such diversity and pride shared within our community.
We are excited to make this a quarterly event, and next time we hope to include even more tables. If ECPs or family members would like to showcase their culture in the future, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].

This week at Pearson Place, we were excited to add to our garden space! A big thank you goes out to the wonderful family members who generously donated flowers and plants. Your contributions made this possible. Many residents thoroughly enjoyed getting their hands dirty, planting, and sharing their gardening knowledge. It was especially meaningful to see residents teaching ECPs their tips and tricks, creating a fun and engaging experience for everyone involved. Drop in to the courtyard throughout the spring and summer to see our plants grow!

🌸 Help Us Grow Our Courtyard at Pearson Place🌸
With warmer weather on the way, we’re excited to spend more time outdoors and are planning to upgrade our courtyard with flowers to add color and vibrancy. Our goal is to create a space filled with relaxation and serenity for everyone to enjoy.
We are kindly asking for donations of flowers or plants so we can plant them together and bring this vision to life. Any contribution, big or small, would be greatly appreciated.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Last week at Pearson Place, we took a an Armchair Travel to Ireland! We learned more about the country, enjoyed some festive green drinks, and even tried our hand at a little Irish dancing.

Today we kept the celebration going by spreading some St. Patrick’s Day cheer with some bright and festive decorative headbands.
