We want to share an important update regarding one of our veterinarians, Dr. Kasia Sulima.
After 13 wonderful years of dedicated service to the Innisfil Veterinary Hospital team, Dr. Sulima will be leaving her position as a full-time associate veterinarian effective June 30, 2026. She has accepted an exciting local opportunity in emergency medicine and urgent care – a role, we are sure, will help support the growing needs in our community.
Dr. Sulima has been an integral part of our team since joining shortly after graduating from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2012. Over the years, she has become known for her compassion, calm approach, and dedication to patient comfort - especially for our nervous pets. Her commitment to animal welfare and behaviour has shaped the care many of our patients have received and remains an area she is very passionate about. We are incredibly grateful for everything Dr. Sulima has contributed to the Innisfil Veterinary Hospital during her time with us. Her care, knowledge, and kindness have made a lasting impact on so many pets, pet-parents, and colleagues.
Dr. Sulima will continue to support our hospital over the next few months, working Wednesdays only, to ensure a smooth transition and appropriate continuity of care for our valued clients and patients.
Please join us in celebrating Dr. Sulima and wishing her all the best in the next chapter of her career. 💙
Below, we invite you to share a memory, comment, or interaction you’ve had with Dr. Sulima. Your messages of appreciation and support would mean so much as she transitions into this new role.
Thank you, Dr. Sulima, for everything you’ve done for our hospital, our team and our community—you will be greatly missed. 🩺✨
