Our bodies have an incredible way of communicating with us, and symptoms are often one of those ways.
Painful periods don’t always have the same cause, which is why I believe it’s important to become curious rather than simply accepting them as “normal.”
When I meet with a woman experiencing painful periods, I’m interested in much more than the pain itself.
Together, we explore questions like:
• When did your symptoms begin?
• Have they changed over time?
• What else have you noticed throughout your cycle?
• How is your energy?
• Are you experiencing digestive changes, headaches, or mood shifts?
• Has stress played a role?
Looking at these patterns helps us understand your health more completely because our bodies rarely communicate through just one symptom.
Every woman’s story is unique, and every symptom deserves to be understood within the context of that story.
I’m curious... what’s one thing you’ve noticed about your cycle that you’ve always wondered about?
