Mondays in August, the weekend of the year, should be illegal! But you can spend yours with us and make it a little better.

Laura has some counseling openings today and later this week, the perfect time for your teen to have a chat before school stress starts again.

Adam has a little snack sized 30min massage at the end of the day at 4:15 today but is full the rest of the week.

Schön has nothing available today but a couple spots for massage later in the week.

Dr. Kristen has some availability late in the day Wednesday or early on Thursday for chiropractic care.

Looks like a great day for some Vitamin D today.

We are full up the next two days, Schön has a 60min massage available Friday at 11:30 and Laura has two counseling appointments Friday at 10:00 & 11:30.

We are fully enjoying August and all the summer left to lounge in. We are closing in on September though, and returns to routines. If you’re a creature of habit, now is the time to pre-book those appointments. Adam Y has his massage schedule opened up through the winter now and it is bookable online.
