I am a fully registered Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Certified Spiritual Life Coach — which means your session can be so much more than “just a massage.”

Yes, I’ll help ease those tight muscles, sore bodies, headaches, stress patterns and physical tension… but I also bring in a holistic approach that honours the mind, body and spirit connection.

✨ As a Reiki Master, I work with universal energy to help support relaxation, balance, emotional release, grounding, and reconnecting with yourself. Reiki can be a beautiful addition for those feeling drained, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply needing a moment to reset.

✨ As a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, I help guide you through deeper self-exploration — identifying patterns, reconnecting with your intuition, uncovering what’s holding you back, creating meaningful goals, building self-awareness, and supporting you as you step into the version of yourself you’re ready to become.

Basically… we work on the knots you can feel AND the ones you can’t see 😉✨

I am now offering mobile appointments because sometimes the best healing happens when you don’t have to leave your own space.

📍 Beiseker appointments: $80/hour
📍 Irricana appointments: $80/hour
📍 Outside of those areas: $100/hour (to reflect travel costs)

I’ve decided that pants are overrated, traffic is annoying, and honestly… after a massage, nobody wants to put their shoes back on and drive home anyway.

So Main Street Massage is going MOBILE! 🎉

That means I’ll be bringing all the massage goodness directly to your door.

The hands? Still mine. ✨

The treatments? Still amazing. ✨

The modalities? Still the same. ✨

The ability to find every knot you’ve been pretending doesn’t exist? Unfortunately for you, also still the same. 😂

Because I’ll be traveling to you, my mobile rate will be $100/hour (instead of $80/hour) to help cover fuel and travel time.

But here’s what you get:

Planning on running a yoga nidra class for kids! Sign up starts now and once I have 5 or more kiddos we shall pick a day, it will run either biweekly or monthly (and if it’s a huge hit weekly) just a quick 15 minutes. Yoga nidra is just a calm mind focused exercise. The kids will need to bring either a blanket and pillow or a yoga mat to lay comfortably on. I am tracking down spaces to do it and will find one as soon as i know how many people will be attending ☺️
