Dear Valued Customers and Friends,
It is with a heavy heart and a deep sense of gratitude that I write to share some difficult news. After six wonderful years of serving this incredible community, Spa Jasper will be closing our doors on October 31st, 2026.
This was not an easy decision to make, but it is the right next step at this time.
When we first opened our doors, I could only dream of the relationships we would build. You haven't just been our customers—you have been our neighbors, our supporters, and our friends. You were there with us through every milestone, celebrated our successes, and helped us navigate the challenging times. On behalf of Carly, Robert, Luiza, Everly, Christy, Bella, Arun and myself, we want to express our deep gratitude for every smile, every conversation, and the immense trust you placed in us.
As we prepare for our final chapters, we want to ensure a smooth transition for you:
We will continue accepting appointments until October 31st. We promise to fulfill every existing commitment with the same care and quality you expect from us.
If you have outstanding gift cards, please visit us to redeem them by October31st.
To say a proper goodbye and clear our remaining inventory, we will be hosting a farewell sale starting today. We would love to see you one last time.
While this business is ending, the memories and gratitude we all carry with us will last a lifetime. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making Spa Jasper a part of your lives.
